Hmm, what should I even say about this outfit?
Honestly, I don't have much to say in terms of inspiration, I think I just wanted to look cute so I went for a fairly stereotypical 'pretty French girl' look XD I don't know but when I see that hat/beret + blouse + skirt combo, that's always what comes to mind for me?
Actually, blouses are my favourite look for Spring and Summer and since I just brought this one, I wanted to style it straight away! Definitely look forward to me finding different ways to style a blouse over the next few months~
Besides that, I've been experimenting a lot with make up too~ Some days I been a lot bolder than others but for this particular look, I went back to my ulzzang roots and tried something softer and simple. I really like the look of the wine liner in place of the standard black; even without eye shadow it still doesn't look to plain. Couple that with some red lips and a red focal piece, and you've got yourself a cute but not overbearing 'red' look!
Also a new thing I've been getting really into: mini rings! I've always been big on rings, but I feel too many at the ends of your fingers can look clumpy, so I love the spacious and not overbearing look that mini rings give by placing the rings at different points on your fingers. I also have very weirdly shaped fingers so all my rings usually only fit my ring finger or thumb, but with mini rings now I can mix things up with my other fingers too! I'm definitely looking forward to getting more of these are mixing and matching for different 'feels' in future!
