Week 2: Tips For Summer Proofing Your Look - Give all your tips and tricks for how you keep yourself cool and looking good during the summer, this isn't just restricted to make-up either, you can branch out to other aspects of fashion or outside fashion all together.
In our last installment of our Summer challenge we told you guys our plans for this summer and one of those was that we wanted to try out different ways of writing and presenting blog posts to you guys; last week we used the medium of poetry, but today we went with something a little closer to home. Since we are all about fashion and lifestyle, we thought, where do people usually read about that stuff? Magazines! So this week's blog post is going to be in magazine article format. This took quite a while to put together but we have to admit we had a LOT of fun doing it.
Actually, last summer Harmony wrote an extensive post on how to summer-proof all the aspects of your make-up look, so this time around, we're going to make it a little more personal by talking about all the things we are actually doing and products we are actually using this summer to look good while still keeping cool. Okay, so it's time for us to fess up... it took a lot longer to make this first page than we thought it would - there's actually another two pages left - but we absolutely wanted to give you guys a post this week, so we decided to label this part one and we'll be releasing the other two pages during this coming week. We really can't rush the other two pages and we really want to give you guys our best so please understand ><
But, we also did really enjoy doing this kind of format and we're thinking about using it in future, but we're still not sure what for~ soooooooooo we want your opinions! Do you guys enjoy this format and would you like to see more, and if so, what would you like to see? Single articles on us talking on specific topics like this, or maybe a seasonal overview? It can be something we already do on our blog or something completely new, we'd love to hear you ideas, and if there's any we like we'll definitely give them a go, so PLEASE leave us a comment!
